Purpose and legitimacy

Capture and storage of your image through the use of video cameras for the purposes of:

(a) Ensuring the security of persons, goods and facilities. For this purpose, the processing of your data is based on:

-Art. 6.1(d) of the General Data Protection Regulation: the processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.

-Art. 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation: processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

(b) To verify the employer's compliance with the employment obligations and duties of the employee of the park. For this purpose, the processing of your data is based on:

-Art. 6.1. b) of the General Data Protection Regulation: the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (comparable to the existence of the employment contract between employer and employee in relation to the legal powers of control granted to the employer (art.20.3. ET));

 

Conservation

The images shall be kept for a maximum period of one month from their capture, after which time they shall be deleted.

In the event of the recording of a crime or administrative offence that must be brought to the attention of an authority, the images shall be kept for the sole purpose of making them available to that authority.

 

Target audience

-Providers of video surveillance systems and private security services.

-State security forces and bodies, courts and tribunals or competent authorities.

-Insurance companies with which insurance has been taken out.

-Third parties whose image has been captured by the video surveillance systems, in those cases in which access to the captured images is necessary for the investigation of an incident, infraction or illicit occurring in the park and such communication may be based on the legitimate interest of said third party.

 

Rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by sending a written request to the DPO (see section "Data identifying the DPO"). If there are reasonable doubts about the identity of the holder of the personal data, a copy of an official document (DNI/NIE/Passport) or similar may be requested in order to process the request.

We inform you that in those cases in which you consider it appropriate, you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency in order to safeguard your rights.
